VIP / HIGH ROLLER AGREEMENT
1. INTRODUCTION
This VIP / High Roller Agreement ("Agreement") governs the participation of selected users ("VIP Player", "you") in the Platform is VIP PROGRAM
Participation in the VIP program is by invitation only and is subject to the sole discretion of the Platform ("we", "us", "our").
2. VIP STATUS
VIP status is not guaranteed
VIP status may be granted, modified, or revoked at any time
No user has the right to demand VIP status
3. HIGH-RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By participating in the VIP program, you acknowledge that:
- high-value gaming involves significant financial risk
- losses may be substantial
You confirm that:
- you are financially capable of sustaining losses
- you are not under financial distress
4. SOURCE OF FUNDS
VIP players may be required to provide:
- proof of income
- source of funds
- financial background information
Failure to comply may result in:
- account suspension
- fund restrictions
- termination of VIP status
5. ENHANCED KYC (EDD)
VIP players are subject to Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), including:
- advanced identity verification
- additional compliance checks
- ongoing monitoring
6. TRANSACTION MONITORING
We may:
- monitor all transactions
- review betting patterns
At any time and without prior notice.
7. WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS
Withdrawals may be subject to:
- extended review

We reserve the right to:
- delay withdrawals
- request additional documentation
8. FUNDS CONTROL
We reserve the right to:
- freeze funds
- withhold withdrawals
- confiscate balances
If:

9. BONUS & VIP REWARDS
VIP bonuses:

- may be revoked at any time
We reserve the right to:
- cancel rewards
- remove associated winnings
10. PERSONAL ACCOUNT REQUIREMENT
VIP players must:
- use only their own accounts
- use payment methods in their own name
Third-party usage is strictly prohibited.
11. COLLUSION & ADVANTAGE PLAY
VIP players must not:
- engage in collusion
- use unfair strategies
- exploit system weaknesses
Violation may result in:
- account termination
- fund confiscation
12. PAYMENT PROVIDER DISCLAIMER
All payments are handled by third parties.
We are not responsible for:
- payment delays
- rejected transactions
- provider compliance actions
13. TAX RESPONSIBILITY
VIP players are solely responsible for:
- tax reporting
- financial obligations
14. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
VIP account managers (if assigned):
- do not provide financial advice
- do not guarantee outcomes
All decisions remain the user responsibility.
15. NO LIABILITY FOR LOSSES
We are not responsible for:
- financial losses
- high-stakes gambling outcomes
- user decisions
16. RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS
VIP access is prohibited in:
- restricted countries
- illegal jurisdictions
Any access is at your own risk.
17. AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIP DISCLAIMER
VIP players referred by affiliates:
- are still subject to all Terms
- do not receive special legal treatment
18. TERMINATION OF VIP STATUS
We may terminate VIP status:
- at any time
- without notice
19. POST-TERMINATION
After termination:
- benefits may be removed

20. CONFIDENTIALITY
VIP benefits and conditions are confidential.
You agree not to disclose:

- rewards
21. FINAL DECISION
All VIP-related decisions are:
